Questions about booking

What are the advantages of booking directly?
If you make a reservation on this website, through our reservation hotline, or by e-mail, you're guaranteed to get not only the lowest price, but maximum flexibility, as well. We know that travel plans can change on very short notice. When you book directly with us, that’s not a problem! You can cancel your reservation at any time, even on the day you’re scheduled to arrive.
Can I cancel my reservation for free?
If you've made your reservation directly with us, you can cancel it at any time without any charges, even on the day you’re scheduled to arrive. If you've booked through a reservation portal, you’ll need to check your booking confirmation to see what the cancellation conditions are.
I forgot to cancel my reservation and never arrived at the hotel. Can I get my money back?
If you didn’t cancel your reservation, we will bill you for the cost of your first night no matter what the circumstances are. If you booked for several days, we may be able to refund the remaining costs, but only if you booked your stay directly with us or opted for flexible cancellation conditions with the reservation portal you used.
Do you accept cash?
Yes. We prefer contactless forms of payment such as EC debit cards, all common credit cards, and PayPal, but still accept cash, as well.
What's involved in checking in online?
This option gives you the chance to speed up the process of checking in at the reception desk by sending us your personal information in advance.
Can I pay and check out online?
Yes. If you have made your booking directly with us, you can pay online and check out between 4:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. We will send you the link to this function in good time by email or SMS.
Do I need a credit card?
Yes. Without the details pertaining to a valid credit card, we won’t be able to check you in, even if you paid for your stay in advance. This is necessary in order to give all our guests the option to pay for additional services (such as a dinner in one of our restaurants or a drink at the bar) upon their departure.
Whom can I contact if I have a question about my bill?
You can reach our billing department by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or on +49 (0) 89 2170 36811 (during normal business hours).

Questions about the hotel

At what time can I check in?
The normal arrival time starts at 3:00 pm. If your room is ready before then, you can, of course, check in earlier. If you’ll be arriving late in the evening or after midnight, that's no problem.
By what time do I need to check out?
You’re welcome to continue using your room until noon on the day of your departure. If you need to stay a bit longer, your check-out time can be extended to 2:00 pm for a fee of €20.
Are your rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. All our hotel rooms are outfitted with individually adjustable air conditioners.
Do you have beds for babies and small children?
Yes. We’ll be happy to provide you with a travel cot for your baby or small child free of charge; please contact us about this in advance.
Do your rooms have minibars?
No. There are, however, vending machines on floors 2 and 5 where you can purchase snacks and drinks at any time of day. A bottle of mineral water will also be provided in your room at no charge.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs aren’t just allowed – we welcome them as warmly as we do their two-legged companions! We only ask that you pay a one-time fee of €15. We also ask for your understanding that we cannot accept cats out of respect for the furniture.
How fast is the wireless internet access?
Our free wireless internet service is reasonably fast and reliably stable.(25/2).
What do I need to keep in mind when checking in?
Due to Germany's Federal Act on Registration (Meldegesetz), our hotels are required to collect certain information on our guests by means of a registration form. To protect your personal data as best we can, this is done digitally rather than on paper. You also have the option to speed up the process of checking in at the reception desk by sending us your personal information in advance. Please note that without the details pertaining to a valid credit card, we will not be able to check you in, even if you have paid for your stay in advance.
